Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")
The Company provides notification of the following transactions, effected on 10 and 11 January 2022, relating to the PDMRs named below and in respect of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Shares").
The transaction arose in respect of the exercise of nil-cost options over Shares granted on 12 February 2019 under the On the Beach Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan and the subsequent sale of the Shares acquired.
