Block listing application
On the Beach Group plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.
Admission of the Shares is expected to be effective on 3 December 2018.
The Shares will be issued and allotted from time to time in order to satisfy the exercise of share options granted under the On the Beach Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan.
When issued, the Shares will rank equally with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
