Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
On the Beach Group plc (LSE: OTB.L), has been informed that, following the completion of the placing of the Company's shares announced on 22 May 2020 and admission of the shares on 27 May 2020, the following PDMRs and PCAs have subscribed for shares in the Company as set out below, at a price per share of 257.5p.
