Exercise of Options
Stratex International Plc today announces that following the exercise of options by an employee, 10,000 ordinary shares have been issued and will be admitted to AIM on 17 February 2011. Following the exercise of these options, the total number of shares in issue will be 296,067,035 ordinary shares of 1p each.
