The following amendment has been made to the ' Holding(s) in Company' announcement released on 29 July 2011 at 6:07pm under RNS No 4365L.
The number of shares pre-transaction has been corrected from 23,600,000 to 23,275,000 as per table 8.
All other details remain unchanged.
