Bond Roadshow Announcement

Further to the announcement of its acquisition on 2 December 2021 (the "Acquisition Announcement"), the Company confirms that Orchard Bond Finance plc; its now-wholly-owned subsidiary, has today commenced a roadshow to meet with professional fixed income investors in respect of a proposed listed bond issue (the "Bond Issue"). Further details on the potential Bond Issue are set out in the Acquisition Announcement.
