Open Offer - clarification of timetable

Further to the announcement made on 30 January 2014 the Company wishes to clarify the timetable and principal events in relation to the Open Offer.

The timetable published in the Open Offer document posted to shareholders on 30 January 2014 contained the expected timetable and principal events as set out in the table below.

The timetable did not state an ex-entitlement date, which was advised as being 30 January 2014 in the accompanying application form posted to shareholders.

The Company has now agreed to set the ex-entitlement date as 4 February 2014, therefore it has requested the London Stock Exchange to add an "ex-marker" to the Company's shares from the commencement of trading on 4 February 2014.

For the avoidance of doubt the record date for entitlement under the Open Offer remains 5pm on 18 November 2013.
