Origo Sino-India PLC19 January 2007 Origo Sino-India Plc ("Origo") Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 wehereby notify the market of the following: * the issued share capital (as at the date of this notice) of Origo consists of 69,261,378 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.01 pence each ('ordinary shares'); * Origo does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 69,261,378. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, Origo under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
