Origo Sino-India PLC10 December 2007 Origo Sino-India Plc Notice of exercisability of Warrants Origo Sino-India Plc (AIM: OSI) ("Origo" or the "Company"), the investment andstrategic advisory company focused on the private equity markets of China andIndia, is pleased to announce that the warrants issued at the time of theCompany's IPO last year are exercisable on 21 December 2007. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one ordinary share in Origo atthe price of 55p per ordinary share, exercisable at six monthly intervals duringthe period of 3 years from the date of admission, upto and including the finalsubscription date, being 21 December 2009. Warrant holders wishing to subscribe to Ordinary Shares for the period endingDecember 21 2007 are requested to lodge their warrant certificates before thatdate at the registered office of the Company, accompanied with remittance of theaggregate amount payable on the subscription of ordinary shares in respect ofwhich the subscription rights apply.
