Update on Dividend Payment Date
On 6 January 2017, OPG announced the timetable for the payment of its maiden interim dividend, which included a payment date of 16 February 2017 for the cash dividend of 0.26p per share. The Company became aware earlier today that the payment of its interim dividend has been delayed due to a process delay at the bank. OPG is in discussions with the Company's registrar in order to resolve the issue and will update shareholders as soon as it has clarity on when the dividend will be paid.
