Total Voting Rights and Share Capital
In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market that at the close of business on 2 January 2019, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 53,920,844 ordinary shares, of which none are held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 53,920,844. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of their interest in, the Company, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
