Ocean Outdoor Limited (LSE: OOUT), a leading operator of premium Digital Out-of-Home advertising in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the Nordics and Germany announces that Thomas Ebeling has resigned from the Board of the Company as an independent non-executive Director with effect from 30 September 2021 due to other Board commitments.
Ocean's Chairman, Mr Aryeh Bourkoff said: "On behalf of the Board, I want to thank Thomas for his guidance and support over the past three years. His contributions have helped position Ocean to capture the many growth opportunities ahead as the Company continues to create innovative and impactful advertising experiences that are shaping the future of digital out-of-home.
