Employee Stock Purchase Plan - PDMR Notification
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The Company confirms that 5,932 ordinary shares of £0.0001 each in the capital of the Company ("Shares") have been issued on 12th January 2023 to James (Spike) Willcocks, a director of the Company and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"). The Shares have been issued in connection with Spike's participation in the Group's US Employee Share Purchase Plan ("ESPP").
Further details of the ESPP option grant can be found in the announcement of 1 November 2021.
This announcement is made pursuant to the Company's obligations under Article 19(3) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
