Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6), Oncimmune makes the following disclosure with respect to the share capital and voting rights of the Company.
Pursuant to the Company's existing block admission, and following the exercise of options over 15,899 ordinary shares in aggregate during November 2021 by current and former employees, as at 30 November 2021, the Company's issued share capital was 69,137,848 ordinary shares of £0.01 each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
The above figure as at 30 November 2021 of 69,137,848 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
