Rooster, I think you are right, we should treat events - past, current and future - with suspicion and under careful scrutiny. In particular, what happens next. Why joint administrators??

They must all smell fees, otherwise they would take zero interest. ONC seems to be operating, so we will soon see if dirty deals are made for the benefit of advisors, insiders and others...at the expense of small shareholders. Not the first time that has happened and it could be close to criminal.

Given that some of us suspects wrongdoing, abuse, or market manipulation - it would be good for anyone with this suspicion to contact the FCA via any of the below channels. I certainly intend to put a report through. The more voices report the more seriously this will be treated I believe.

Alvarez & Marsal’s switch from strategic consultants to administrators seems off...there is plenty here that I don't think add up.

Did you report this already / did anybody here report it? Any guidance on who to write to and how to pitch it without just sounding like someone who didn't appreciate if investing...would be much appreciated!!

FCA not reading this discussion, so clearly needs to be drawn to their attention.

Seems odd the towel was thrown in so quickly; when cash reportedly should have lasted until end of April or whatever. Feels fishy Alvarez&M wearing two hats. Maybe dirty deal will be made to take over and continue the company with same management and all us idiots wiped out. To be watched carefully.

The current directors should prob be banned from holding office.

Both need investigating. The CEO has clearly falsified the company position and mislead investors time and time again…from the words of the RNSs there is no way a clear picture was given to investors.

What about Alvarez & Marsal what a joke, bought in to reach out to investors…but in a few weeks first action was to appoint administrators…which will of course be them or their buddy’s I suspect.

FCA need to get a grip here as too many companies are now misleading and falsifying RNS and conning investors. Can you believe any word from LSE companies anymore and what about the brokers, what on earth are they doing???

This should have been suspended way before today which i did post on here a while back. Had they done this the shares would have been suspended at a decent level pending a re financing deal. All this looks like to me inmv is that there was never any chance of a refinancing deal together with any cash accreditive deals in the pipeline. So it merely looks like that the last few weeks before suspension was to allow the chosen few to offload. Oh dear and RR wants people to invest in good old uk companies, i think not unless the fca starts to show some metal in terms of stopping this kind of behaviour.
