Ruffer LLP controls the voting rights over 11,160,000 shares (now 9% of the voting rights) of OMG Plc which are held by Ruffer LLP's discretionary clients.

This change from 10% to 9% is due to OMG issuing 6,060,804 additional shares which has had the effect of diluting Ruffer's percentage holding. The new shares were admitted to the market on 02 January 2014.
