Annual General Meeting Statement

OMG plc (LSE: OMG), the technology group providing Computer Vision products and services for the entertainment, life science, engineering industries and consumer electronics markets will hold its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") at 2pm today.

At the AGM Anthony Simonds-Gooding, Chairman of Oxford Metrics, will make the following statement:

"The Board is pleased to announce that Oxford Metrics has made a positive start to 2016, with the Group trading in line with management expectations.

This year we will continue to build out the predictability and profitability of our revenue streams across the business. In line with our stated strategy, the Group remains focused on finding new ways to realise latent value in its IP and monetizing it through commercial sales.

We remain encouraged by our strong pipeline and in line with previous years the Group continues to be second half weighted in terms of revenue. Consequently, the Board is confident of the Group's prospects for the year."

The Company will provide further information on trading when it announces its interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2016.
