The Company announces that in accordance with the Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") entered into in July 2007 to purchase the entire share capital of Data Collection Limited ("DCL"), the Company has issued 2,512,880 ordinaryshares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the vendors of DCL. The shares were issued to satisfy a deferred consideration commitment pursuant to the SPA, as a result the achievement of turnover targets during the period from 1 July 2007 to 30 June 2009. 

The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective on 8 September 2009.

The total issued share capital of the Company following the issue of the new Ordinary Shares will be 68,306,306 Ordinary Shares all with equal voting rights.
