Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), Omega advises that, as at the date of this announcement, it has a single class of shares in issue being common shares of US$0.10 each ("Common Shares") and that there are 244,229,862 Common Shares in issue, each carrying one vote per Common Share. The Company does not hold any Common Shares in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company's Common Shares is 244,229,862 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Rules.
