Cairo, July 3, 2012: Orascom Telecom Media and Technology Holding S.A.E. ("OTMT" or the "Company") announced today that pursuant to the approval of the OGM dated 28TH June 2012 to distribute EGP 1.05 per ordinary share, please be advised of the following relevant dates:
