Origin Enterprises plc (the 'Company') wishes to confirm that the Company's 2021 Annual Report and Notice of the Annual General Meeting ('AGM') have been posted to shareholders today and are available to view on the Company's website - www.originenterprises.com. The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00 am on Thursday 25 November 2021 at The Merrion Hotel, Merrion Street Upper, Dublin 2.
The Company considers the well-being of shareholders, attendees and employees a top priority and will continue to monitor the evolving COVID-19 situation, including the guidance by the Irish Government in relation to the pandemic.
