In continuation of our letter No. CS04-08/PSX dated July 01, 2019 (enclosed), it is informed that Mr. Zahid Mir has relinquished the charge of MD/CEO of the company on July 31, 2019 and Dr. Naseem Ahmed has assumed the charge of MD/CEO on acting charge basis with immediate effect.
