Statement re Press Speculation
Oakley Capital Investments Limited (AIM: OCL, "OCIL"), the AIM-listed company established to provide investors with access to the investment strategy being pursued by Oakley Capital Private Equity L.P. (the "Limited Partnership"), notes the recent press speculation concerning a potential sale of Verivox, one of the Limited Partnership's portfolio investments. OCIL can confirm that the Limited Partnership has received approaches in relation to Verivox and is in the early stages of exploring its options.
