ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS
Oakley Capital Investments Limited (AIM: OCL), the AIM-listed company established to provide investors with access to the investment strategy being pursued by Oakley Capital Private Equity L.P. and OCPE II Master L.P, confirms that, in accordance with Rule 20 of the AIM Rules, copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy have been posted to shareholders of the Company.

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 102 St. James Court, Smiths FL04, Bermuda at 11:00 hours on 16 June 2014.
