Ocado Group plc (the "Company")Block Listing Application
The Company announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for the admission of 4,000,000 of its ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Shares") to trading on the main market for listed securities of the LSE and to the premium segment of the official list of the FCA. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
The Shares will be reserved under a block listing in connection with the Company's Sharesave Scheme ("Sharesave"). The Shares will be issued from time to time in satisfaction of options granted under the the Sharesave.
The Sharesave is a plan offering options on Ocado shares to all eligible employees. There are over 5,000 Sharesave accounts held by employees across the 2016, 2018 and 2019 Sharesave schemes.
Admission of the Shares is expected to take place on 28 November 2019.
This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 3.5.5.
