Closed Period Share Repurchase Programme

NEXT plc announces that it has lodged an irrevocable, non-discretionary programme to purchase shares on its own behalf, for cancellation, during its closed period. The programme commences on 20 February 2024 and runs up to and including 20 March 2024.

Any acquisitions will be effected within certain pre-set parameters, and in accordance with both the Company's general authority to repurchase shares and in compliance with Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 (as it forms part of UK law by virtue of section 3 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (as amended)) and Chapter 12 of the Listing Rules. The Company confirms that it currently has no unpublished price sensitive information.
