Strategic Partnership with UniKey Technologies

Newmark Security Plc (AIM:NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems, is pleased to announce that Grosvenor Technology, its UK based Security and Attendance solutions provider, has entered into a development and commercial partnership with US based UniKey Technologies, Inc. ("UniKey") to develop its access control technology and provide new products.

As an internet-of-things ("IoT") leader focused on best-in-class mobile access solutions, UniKey's patented and proprietary 'CORE' platform provides a "frictionless at door experience" for the end user. It is anticipated that Grosvenor Technology's first products incorporating UniKey's technology will be seen later in 2017.

Marie-Claire Dwek, CEO of Newmark Security, Grosvenor Technology's parent company, said:
