Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems, announces that it has today been notified by Maurice Dwek, Chairman of the Company, that, on 16 February 2023, he transferred 1,855,989 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") that he was beneficially interested and registered in the name of Arbury Inc into his own name at a price of 0.55p per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transfer, Mr Dwek's beneficial interest in the share capital of the Company remains unchanged at 1,855,989 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.8% of the Company's total issued share capital.
The notification below, which has been made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
