Northern Electric plc confirms thatΒ the delay from the due date of publication of 31 August 2008Β is due to an administrative oversight regardingΒ the timing requirements inΒ the new periodic disclosure and reporting requirements under the disclosure and transparency rules and is not related to the half-yearly financial report itself.Β
As Northern Electric plc has listed fixed income preference sharesΒ only, this announcement is for the information of those preference share holders.
