Trading Update
The board of directors of Northern Bear (the "Board") provides an update on trading for the Company and its subsidiaries (together, the "Group") ahead of its Annual General Meeting at 10.00am today.
The Group has continued to trade well since publication of the preliminary results on 13 July 2020, with a further increase in site activity levels. The forward order book remains strong and should support a much improved level of operating performance in the coming months. This is, of course, subject to the wider economic climate in which we operate and, in particular, no further major impact on our operations from any resurgence of COVID-19 cases.
The Board plans to publish a half year trading update in October 2020, ahead of the interim results which will be published in November 2020.
