Further re: Tender Offer
Further to the announcement made by Cedarvale Holdings on 26 September 2019 announcing its tender offer to purchase up to 5,400,000 ordinary shares in the capital of Northern Bear at 72 pence per share, which closes at 1.00 p.m. on 24 October 2019 (the "Tender Offer"), the Directors of Northern Bear wish to announce that they are not intending to accept the Tender Offer in respect of their beneficial holdings of Ordinary Shares, which, in aggregate, represent 15.9% of the Company's issued share capital.
