Director's dealing

The Company was informed, on 30 September 2011, that, on 27 September 2011, Steven Gray, a director of Northern Bear, transferred 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Transfer"), for nil consideration.

Following the Transfer, Steven Gray is now interested in 655,952 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.56 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
