London, UK - 23 May 2016 - NetScientific plc (AIM:NSCI), the transatlantic healthcare technology group announces that, in accordance with AIM Rules 20 and 26, the Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2015 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been sent to shareholders today and are available on the Company's website in the Investor Relations section at http://www.netscientific.net/investors.
The Annual General Meeting of the Group will be held on Wednesday, 15 June 2016 at 9.30 a.m. at DLA Piper UK LLP, 3 Noble Street, London EC2V 7EE, United Kingdom.
