Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated
The Company announces that it has been notified that, Allan Lockhart, Chief Executive Officer and Director, purchased 51,845 ordinary shares of one penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in NewRiver at 88.90 pence per Ordinary Share on 29 June 2023. Following this transaction Allan Lockhart holds 426,131 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
