Exercise of Share Options and
Total Voting Rights
NetPlayTV plc (AIM:NPT), the interactive gaming company, announces that it has applied for 600,000 new ordinary shares of 1p ("Ordinary Shares") each in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM on 3 October 2014 as a result of the exercise of share options. The new Ordinary Shares will, when issued, rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.
Total Voting Rights
Following the issue of the 600,000 new Ordinary Shares on 3 October 2014, the Company will have a total of 296,610,562 Ordinary Shares in issue and one voting right per Ordinary Share.The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.The above information is provided by the Company in accordance with its obligations under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
