Directors Dealing
The Company has been informed that Bjarke Larsen, CEO, has today exercised 628,554 options at a price of 8.01p and subsequently sold 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 10.0p. As a result of this transaction Bjarke Larsen's aggregate beneficial interest has increased by 128,554 Ordinary Shares to 233,887 Ordinary Shares representing 0.08% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
In addition, the Company has been informed that Akshay Kumar, Group Finance Director, has today exercised 628,554 options at a price of 8.01p and subsequently sold 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 10.0p. As a result of this transaction Akshay Kumar's aggregate beneficial interest has increased by 128,554 Ordinary Shares to 438,954 Ordinary Shares representing 0.15% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
In both cases, the sale of Ordinary Shares was primarily to fund the exercise cost and tax liability associated with the exercise of the options.
