Director Dealing

The Company was today informed that Andrew Christopher Lapping, Non-Executive Director, sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares at 12.00p per shares on 18 September 2012.

Mr Lapping now directly holds an 11,870,398 ordinary shares and 1,146,237 ordinary shares in his Self Invested Personal Pension. The Hamilton Portfolio Limited and Northern Edge Limited, both companies of which Mr Lapping is a director, have interests in 997,026 and 721,523 ordinary shares in the Company respectively. Mr Lapping therefore has an aggregate beneficial interest of 14,735,184 ordinary shares, representing 5.2% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company following the issue of equity as detailed in the announcement on 17 September 2012.

Mr Lapping also has 333,333 vested options over ordinary shares and a further 166,667 unvested options over ordinary shares.
