The Company was informed that Andrew Lapping, a non-executive Director of the Company, bought 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 10.8625p per share into his Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) on 10 September 2014.

In addition, the Company was informed that Northern Edge Limited, a company which Andrew Lapping is a director, bought 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at an average price of 10.8625p on 10 September 2014.

Mr Lapping now directly holds 828,898 ordinary shares and 646,237 ordinary shares in his SIPP. The Hamilton Portfolio Limited and Northern Edge Limited, both companies of which Mr Lapping is a director, have interests in 997,026 and 421,523 ordinary shares in the Company respectively. Mr Lapping therefore has an aggregate beneficial interest of 2,893,684 ordinary shares representing 0.97% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company. Mr Lapping also has 500,000 vested options over ordinary shares.
