AGM Statement
NetPlay TV plc (AIM:NPT), the interactive gaming company, is holding its Annual General Meeting today at 11am. At the meeting, the Chairman will issue the following update on second quarter trading up to and including 6 June 2012.
"NetPlayTV's growth momentum is continuing with a strong start to Q2. In what is an industry wide seasonally quieter quarter, we are pleased to announce that Q2 average daily revenue has increased significantly against the same period last year.
Following the success of the Supercasino iPhone and iPad applications, the Company continues to focus on driving customer acquisitions via mobile and tablet and has launched both Supercasino and Jackpot247 on Android mobile at the beginning of June. This is in addition to the successful launch of iPhone and iPad for Jackpot247 at the end of March and now means both brands can be played anytime via iPhone, iPad and Android mobile.
The consistently positive results produced by the Company are testament to the strength of NetPlayTV's strategy and we look forward to reporting continued growth in the coming months."
NetPlayTV expects to announce its Q2 KPIs on 9th July 2012.
