Application for restoration of listing of Shares
Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) ("Nostrum" or the "Company", and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, announces that, further to its publication of its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 (the "2022 Annual Report") on 2 June 2023, it has made applications to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the restoration of the listing of, and resumption of trading in, its ordinary shares to take place as soon as possible.
