Sustainable process technology developer, Neometals Ltd (ASX: NMT & AIM: NMT) ("Neometals" or the "Company"), advises that it has been notified by Manging Director Christopher Reed of dealings in the ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), further details of which are set out below.
On 5 June 2024, Christopher Reed, through an indirect holding in Nickle Investments Pty Ltd completed an on-market purchase of 500,000 Ordinary Shares at a total cost of A$58,000 (11.6 cents per Ordinary Share). Following this transaction, Mr Reed's beneficial interest in Neometals increases to 10,136,079 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.6% of the issued share capital of the Company.
