nmcn plc announces that it has been informed that 34,258 shares have been transferred from a nominee account in the name of Mr Andrew Langman into a joint nominee account held by Mr Langman and his wife, Mrs T Langman, for nil consideration.
Consequently, there is no change in his beneficial shareholding.
