OFT Announcement

The Company was notified today that the Competition Act Tribunal has determined its judgment in the matter of the Company's appeal against the level of fines imposed on it by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT). The Directors are pleased to announced that the Companies appeal has been upheld on numerous grounds and, as a consequence, the level of fine has been reduced from the approximately £1.5 million previously announced to £300,000. This amount has previously been fully provided for in the Company's accounts
