Board appointment

nmcn is pleased to announce the appointment of Margaret Mary Amos FCMA FCIPS as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. In addition, Mrs Amos will be appointed to the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Mrs Amos is an experienced board level leader with experience in finance, transformation and programme management. She has over 27 years' experience with Rolls Royce plc in a number of senior positions including Finance Director - Engineering, IT and Corporate as well as Director of Business Planning. Mrs Amos has extensive non-executive director experience in both the private and public sectors and is currently a director of South Derbyshire Clinical Commissioning Group (NHS) and Trinitas Services Limited (a subsidiary of Trinity House).

Mrs Amos is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply and is undertaking a Doctorate in Transformation Strategy.

At the date of this announcement, Mrs Amos has no interests in the Company's issued share capital.

The Company confirms that no further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority in relation to the appointment of Margaret Amos as a director of nmcn PLC.
