NMC Health (UK): Treatment in FTSE Russell Indexes - Update

Further to the FTSE Russell notice released on 09 April 2020, regarding the appointment of administrators to NMC Health (UK, B7FC076, FTSE 100 Index, GEIS Mid Cap), FTSE Russell hereby notifies index users that, absent any change to the company's situation or a confirmation from the London Stock Exchange of the company's delisting beforehand, FTSE Russell intends to remove NMC Health from FTSE Russell indexes using a nominal value at the expiry of the 40 day suspension period (i.e. effective from the open of Monday 27 April 2020).

NMC Health is currently valued at the price of 111.63 GBX which was the price of the ADR traded OTC as at Thursday 12 March 2020. As the shares of NMC Health can no longer be converted into the ADR, the OTC price can no longer be obtained and the price of NMC Health in FTSE Russell indexes will be set to the nominal value of 0.0001 GBX with effect from UK market close tonight.
