2012 ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS
London, 28 March 2013: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('NMC'), the leading independent healthcare provider operating across the United Arab Emirates, announces the formal filing of its annual report for the full year ending 31 December 2012.
Further to the preliminary announcement of its results for the year ended 31 December 2012, which it made on 26th February 2013, NMC announces that it has filed with Companies House its Annual Report and Accounts for the same period. The report has been submitted to, and will be available from, the National Storage Mechanism, and is available to view or download in a pdf format from the Investor Relations section of the company's website: www.nmc.ae. NMC Health's full glossy Annual Report and Accounts will be posted to shareholders during April 2013, as required under the FSA Listing Rules, together with details of the Company's Annual General Meeting which will be held on Thursday 27 June 2013.
