London, 11 May 2012: NMC Health Plc (LSE:NMC), the leading independent healthcare provider operating across the United Arab Emirates, will announce its Interim Management Statement (IMS) for the period from 31 December 2011 to 30 April 2012, at 07.00 BST on Tuesday 15 May 2012.

The Company also reiterates that, as announced on 1st May 2012, the over-allotment option in connection with the recent global offer has now been exercised, resulting in the sale of shares by certain of the Company's existing Founding Shareholders and Directors. No NMC Health shares owned by Directors or Founding Shareholders other than those that formed part of the over-allotment option have been sold. Including the exercise of the over-allotment option, the total number of ordinary shares in the global offer was 61,373,452.
