The Company announces that it was notified on 15 December 2016 that Mr John Gittins, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company as a non-executive director, purchased 1,280 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,558 pence per Ordinary Share on 15 December 2016.
As a result of the above transaction, Mr Gittins holds 1,280 Ordinary Shares in the Company, being 0.003% of the total voting rights in the Company.
