Cancellation of SAYE Options and PDMR Dealings
The Company announces that certain options granted to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) under the 2021 and 2022 Save as You Earn (SAYE) schemes have been cancelled as detailed below. Both persons have made applications to participate in the 2023 SAYE scheme and it is expected that new options will be granted following approval. A further announcement will be made in due course.
