Exercise of Options & Total Voting Rights
Nichols plc, the diversified soft drinks Group, announces that on 30 April 2024, 5,209 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were transferred from treasury to satisfy the exercise of share options.
The issued share capital of the Company consists of 36,968,772 Ordinary Shares of which 442,410 are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares carrying voting rights in the Company is 36,526,362. This figure of 36,526,362 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
